GDG Algiers' Integration Project (GIP) is a competition aimed at new members to aid their integration into the club.

The project helps new members understand how GDG Algiers functions and motivates them to work with the club in the long run.

Each department had teams that were competing against each other.

Participants were randomly assigned to teams based on their chosen theme and were guided by two experienced mentors.

The project aims to give participants a practical experience of how the club prepares for new events, while also allowing them to understand the operations of different departments to make informed decisions about their future involvement.
